Ms. Campbell is an Associate Therapist who holds a Master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University. She works under the supervision of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Michele Lei Caban (38244).
Over the past 10 years, Ms. Campbell has provided mental health and case management services in a variety of settings, including clinics and nonprofit organizations, to children, adults and families. She works from an integrative and humanistic perspective and has a passion for incorporating mindfulness into her therapeutic work. To help clients achieve their mental health goals, she draws upon a variety of approaches including mindfulness-based practices, cognitive strategies, art therapy techniques, trauma-informed care and interpersonal communication skills.
Ms. Campbell excels at creating strong relationships with her clients and offers a safe, open space for them to experience and understand their emotions freely and without judgment. She specializes in helping those suffering from mood disorders, adjustment disorders and chronic illness. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world, creating art and practicing yoga.
